FastForm H13 — is a high-quality spherical iron-based (Fe) powder alloyed with chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium (Cr-Mo-V), specifically designed for 3D printing via SLM / L-PBF. The powder features a particle size distribution of 15-53 µm, providing excellent flowability and high density for the printed parts.

The material is characterized by exceptional impact toughness, resistance to thermal fatigue, and the ability to maintain stable mechanical properties during cyclic heating and cooling. Supplied in 5 kg packaging.

• Printing Requirements: Mandatory use of a protective Nitrogen gas environment and a Stainless Steel Baseplate.
• Heat Treatment: To achieve operating hardness (up to 52-54 HRC) and relieve internal stresses, the part must undergo Heat Treatment (quenching and tempering) after printing.
• Applications: Manufacturing of injection molds, inserts with conformal cooling channels, extrusion dies, and hot stamping tools.
