Terms of exchange and return of goods
We at the 3DPrinter online store care about our customers. You have the right to return or exchange the product purchased from us within 14 calendar days from the moment of its receipt, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
1. Exchange and return of a product of proper quality
You can return the product if it did not suit you, provided that its commercial appearance is preserved.
Product requirements:- The product has not been used (nothing was printed on the 3D printer, the plastic was not unpacked).
- The complete set, factory packaging, protective films, and seals are preserved.
- There are no mechanical damages, scratches, or signs of use.
- There is a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice).
Who pays for the delivery: When returning or exchanging a product of proper quality, all delivery costs (services of the transport company) are paid by the buyer.
2. Return of a product of improper quality (Defective)
If you have found a factory defect or the product does not work "out of the box", we will replace it with a new one or refund the money.
- Important: Before contacting us, make sure that the problem is not caused by incorrect calibration or device settings. If necessary, contact our technical support.
Who pays for the delivery: In case of confirmation of a factory defect, the transport costs for the return and exchange of the product are paid by our online store.
3. How to arrange a return?
To return or exchange a product, follow these steps:
- Contact our manager by phone +380 50 533 41 41 or write to email: [email protected].
- Notify the order number and the reason for the return (if necessary, add photos/videos of the product).
- Send the product by "Nova Poshta" or bring it personally to the address: Kyiv, Dehtiarivska Street, 50. (The recipient's data for sending by Nova Poshta will be provided by the manager during the call).
4. Refund
After receiving the product at our warehouse, we conduct its inspection (review for integrity or defect diagnosis - from 1 to 3 working days).
The refund is made to the bank card (or IBAN account) from which the payment was made, or according to the details provided by the buyer. Funds are credited within 1-3 working days after the completion of the product inspection.
Please note: The Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" applies only to individuals. If the product was purchased by a legal entity or a sole proprietor for commercial use, the return conditions are discussed individually according to the concluded contract.
