IMT AlSi10Mg is an aluminum-based metal powder designed for 3D printing using SLM and LPBF technologies. It is used in the production of lightweight and strong structures for the aerospace industry, automotive manufacturing, electronics, professional sports, and medicine. The alloy combines low specific weight, high thermal conductivity, and excellent mechanical characteristics. Thanks to the high silicon (Si) content, the material has good fluidity in the molten state, ensuring the production of parts with complex geometry and thin walls without defects. The 15–53 μm fraction guarantees high layer packing density during 3D printing. The material is supplied in 5 kg sealed containers.
