FastForm Ti6Al4V — titanium powder for additive manufacturing by selective laser melting (SLM / L-PBF). The powder has a fraction of 15-53 microns. The Ti6Al4V alloy consists of approximately 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, which ensures high strength, low weight, and corrosion resistance of printed parts. The use of a protective argon environment (Argon gas) and a titanium platform (Titanium Baseplate) is mandatory for printing. The material is widely used in industrial 3D printing for the production of functional components of complex geometry in the aerospace, mechanical engineering, medical, and engineering industries. Supplied in 5 kg packaging.
