Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS filament is a specially designed material for high-speed FFF printing in the Raise3D range. When printing at high speeds, the filament is rapidly fed into the extruder, giving the polymer little time to transition from solid to molten state, which can lead to nozzle clogging and poor layer adhesion. Additionally, without a heated chamber, ABS is prone to warping and delamination during high-speed printing.

Hyper Speed ABS is optimized for faster melting and cooling due to its adjusted molecular weight and stiffness, resulting in lower temperature gradients and reduced internal stress. With minimal distortion and improved layer bonding, this material is ideal for functional parts, tools, and prototypes with various post-processing options.
