FastForm 304L is a low-carbon stainless steel alloy powder designed for additive manufacturing using Selective Laser Melting (SLM / L-PBF). The powder features a particle size distribution of 15-53 μm. Due to its low carbon content, the 304L alloy provides high resistance to intergranular corrosion, excellent ductility, and superior weldability of printed components. The printing process requires a protective Nitrogen gas environment and a Stainless Steel Baseplate to ensure proper part quality. This material is widely used for manufacturing general-purpose parts and fasteners requiring reliable performance in corrosive environments. Supplied in 5 kg packaging.
