FastForm Inconel 718 is a nickel-chromium heat-resistant superalloy powder designed for additive manufacturing via Selective Laser Melting (SLM / L-PBF). The powder features a particle size distribution of 15-53 µm. Inconel 718 alloy is characterized by exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and the ability to maintain stable mechanical properties under extreme conditions at temperatures up to 700°C. The printing process requires a protective Argon gas environment and a Stainless Steel Baseplate. This material is widely used in industrial 3D printing for manufacturing high-stress components in aerospace, energy, and oil & gas industries. Supplied in 5 kg packaging.
