FastForm AlSi10Mg is an aluminum alloy powder designed for additive manufacturing using Selective Laser Melting (SLM / L-PBF). The powder features a particle size distribution of 15-53 μm. The alloy is composed of Aluminum (base), 10% Silicon (Si), and 0.5% Magnesium (Mg), offering an excellent combination of low weight, high thermal conductivity, and good mechanical properties for printed components. The printing process requires an inert Argon gas environment and an Aluminum Baseplate to ensure proper adhesion and first-layer quality. This material is widely used in industrial 3D printing for lightweight structures, electronic housings, and heat exchangers in the automotive and aerospace sectors. Supplied in 5 kg packaging.
