Formlabs Fuse Sift Cartridge Drawer Kit is a service set for restoring the operation of the unit responsible for installing, fixing, and determining the position of the powder cartridge. The components of the kit ensure the correct recognition of the cartridge and the state of the tray during powder preparation.

Purpose of the kit

During filling, the cartridge is placed in a special Fuse Sift tray. The board and sensors monitor its presence and correct position, and also help the system determine whether the unit is ready for further supply of powder material.

When replacement is needed

The repair kit is used in case of malfunction of electronic components, sensors or the tray fixing mechanism. Signs of a problem may be incorrect cartridge detection, tray position errors, or the inability to properly perform the filling process. The need for replacement is determined after diagnosing the Fuse Sift.
