Purpose of the dispenser

During printing, the dispenser supplies powdered material from the hopper to the tray, from where it is distributed over the working area. This ensures the preparation of a new layer of powder before its sintering by the laser.

When replacement is needed

The dispenser is replaced in case of malfunction or disruption of material supply. If the unit is not working correctly, the printer may not receive the necessary amount of powder to form a layer. After installing a new dispenser, it is calibrated.
