It is responsible for the step-by-step lowering of layers alongthe Z-axis, maintaining the necessary temperature in the sintering zone and the hermeticity of the chamber from below. The need for replacementarises due to natural wear and tear of mechanisms, damage to the working surface, problems with smooth movement, changein the type of powder or positioning errors along the Z-axis.
