Creatbot PLA Plastic 1 kg 1.75 mm White — filament for FDM 3D printing of educational models, mock-ups, prototypes, and decorative items. The material is characterized by low shrinkage and not high propensity for deformation during printing, thanks to which the printed parts retain their shape and have a smooth surface. The tensile strength in the XY direction is 36 MPa, and the bending strength is 77 MPa.

Advantages of Creatbot PLA Plastic

• Minimal shrinkage. The filament has a low propensity for deformation during cooling, which helps to maintain the geometry of products and simplifies the production of mock-ups, prototypes, and educational models.
• Mechanical strength and rigidity. The tensile strength in the XY direction is 36 MPa, the bending strength is 77 MPa, and the bending modulus is 2800 MPa. These indicators are suitable for parts where shape stability and rigidity are important.
• Smooth surface of models. Creatbot PLA allows you to produce neat products with an even surface, which is important for demonstration samples, mock-ups, and decorative elements.
• Low odor level. The material is suitable for creative, educational, and prototyping tasks where comfort during printing is important.
• Plant-based raw materials. PLA is produced from bio-based materials and can decompose under industrial composting conditions.

Creatbot PLA 3D Printing Parameters

For printing Creatbot PLA, it is recommended to set the nozzle temperature within 190–230 °C, and the platform temperature — 40–60 °C. The optimal print speed is less than 300 mm/s. Active cooling should be used during printing.

To prepare the filament for printing, it is recommended to pre-dry it for 6–8 hours at a temperature of 40–50 °C. The moisture absorption of the material is 0.41% at a temperature of 25 °C and relative humidity of 55%.

To ensure a more reliable adhesion of the first layer to the platform, you can use a 3D printing spray, PVP glue stick, or special adhesive for the printing surface.

Filament Storage Conditions

Store Creatbot PLA in a dry cool place at a temperature of 15–25 °C and relative air humidity below 40%. Protection from moisture helps to maintain the stable properties of the material and ensure a predictable result during subsequent printing.
