Formlabs Premium Teeth HT B1 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L

Upgrade your digital dental workflow with Formlabs Premium Teeth HT B1 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L. This advanced, nano-ceramic reinforced biocompatible material is designed to deliver exceptional mechanical performance and stunning aesthetics in the bright B1 shade. Optimized for the Form 3 ecosystem, it allows laboratories and clinicians to 3D print durable denture teeth, temporary implant-supported prosthetics, and bridges that offer the strength and natural beauty required for high-end restorative cases.

Nano-Ceramic Technology for Superior Results

Industry-Leading Mechanical Strength

Produce appliances that are built to withstand the demands of the oral environment. By integrating nano-ceramic fillers, Premium Teeth Resin achieves superior intraoral flexural strength and fracture toughness. This durable formulation ensures that printed restorations can endure masticatory forces without failure, making it a reliable choice for complex and long-term temporary solutions.

Bright and Natural B1 Aesthetics

Create smiles that truly shine. The B1 shade is expertly calibrated with the right balance of opalescence and translucency to replicate the look of natural, bright enamel. Whether you are crafting a single veneer or a full-arch restoration, this resin provides a high-value, lifelike appearance that meets the aesthetic demands of patients seeking a brighter smile.

Validated Clinical Longevity

Trust in a material that is proven to perform. Premium Teeth Resin has undergone rigorous testing to ensure resistance to abrasion, wear, and staining over extended periods. This validated durability guarantees that denture teeth and temporary restorations retain their glossy finish and structural integrity throughout their use.

Effortless Finishing and Polishing

Streamline your post-processing with a material designed for lab efficiency. This resin is fully compatible with standard dental finishing tools and polishes easily to a high luster. The simplified workflow reduces manual labor time while ensuring a smooth, plaque-resistant surface that feels natural to the patient.

Versatile Restorative Applications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin in shade B1 is the ideal material for a broad range of fixed and removable indications:

  • Individual denture teeth for removable prosthetics (B1 Shade)
  • Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) restorations
  • Diagnostic try-in dentures for esthetic verification
  • Temporary single-unit restorations (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays)
  • Temporary bridges spanning up to 7 units

Workflow for 3D Printing Digital Dentures

Follow this validated process to manufacture high-quality, biocompatible dentures using the Formlabs platform.

Step 1: Digital Design

Import patient scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth arches (either as separate files or a monolithic block). Ensure all design parameters meet the material's guidelines for thickness and fit. Export the designs as STL files.

Step 2: Print Preparation

Load the STL files into PreForm. Select "Premium Teeth Resin" (B1) for the teeth and the appropriate Denture Base Resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10–30 degrees away from the build platform to maximize detail. Print using a 50-micron layer height on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

Step 3: Washing and Curing

Clean the printed parts in a Form Wash using isopropyl alcohol (≥99%). Strictly follow the recommended wash duration to maintain dimensional accuracy. Allow parts to air dry fully. Post-cure the components in a Form Cure according to the specific resin profile to ensure full strength and biocompatibility.

Step 4: Bonding and Assembly

After removing supports and smoothing the contact surfaces, place the teeth into the denture base sockets. Secure them with a small amount of uncured liquid denture resin. Cure the assembled unit again to create a strong, seamless chemical bond.

Step 5: Final Polishing

Finish the denture using conventional laboratory polishing methods. Use pumice and high-shine compounds to achieve a smooth, glossy surface that mimics natural teeth and ensures patient comfort.
