Formlabs Premium Teeth HT Bleach Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L

Create high-impact aesthetic restorations with Formlabs Premium Teeth HT Bleach Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L. Designed for the Form 3 platform, this nano-ceramic biocompatible material is the ultimate choice for patients desiring a radiant, bright smile. It delivers the mechanical toughness required for functional appliances while achieving the high-value "Bleach" shade often requested in cosmetic dentistry. Whether you are printing temporary crowns or full dentures, this resin ensures your results are as durable as they are dazzling.

The Gold Standard for bright, Aesthetic Restorations

Radiant Bleach Aesthetics

Exceed the expectations of patients looking for a perfect smile. The Bleach shade is expertly formulated with optimized opalescence and translucency to simulate the appearance of whitened natural enamel. This allows you to produce high-value restorations—from veneers to full arches—that look vibrant and lifelike without appearing artificial.

Engineered for Mechanical Excellence

Don't choose between beauty and strength. Premium Teeth Resin is reinforced with nano-ceramic particles, providing industry-leading intraoral flexural strength. This high fracture toughness ensures that the appliances can withstand heavy masticatory loads, making it a dependable material for both temporary and long-term removable solutions.

Proven Resistance and Longevity

Deliver restorations that maintain their brilliance. This material has been rigorously tested to resist staining, abrasion, and general wear in the oral environment. The validated longevity means that the bright Bleach shade stays true, and the anatomical shape remains intact throughout the appliance's lifespan.

Fast and Easy Polishing

Optimize your lab's throughput with a material that is simple to finish. Premium Teeth Resin is compatible with standard dental polishing tools and quickly buffs to a high-gloss shine. This ease of finishing reduces manual labor, allowing you to deliver premium aesthetic results faster.

Primary Clinical Applications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin in the Bleach shade is ideal for a wide range of cosmetic and functional indications:

  • Denture teeth for removable prosthetics (Bleach Shade)
  • Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) restorations
  • Esthetic try-in dentures
  • Temporary single-unit restorations (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays)
  • Temporary bridges (up to 7 units)

Step-by-Step Digital Denture Workflow

Follow this validated process to manufacture high-quality, biocompatible dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.

1. CAD Design

Import intraoral scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth setup. Ensure the design settings adhere to the resin's specifications for thickness and spacing. Export the final models as STL files.

2. Print Preparation

Load the STL files into PreForm. Select "Premium Teeth Resin" (Bleach) for the teeth and the appropriate Denture Base Resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10–30 degrees away from the build plate to maximize surface quality. Print using a 50-micron layer height on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

3. Post-Processing

Wash the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using a Form Wash. Strictly follow the recommended wash duration to ensure dimensional accuracy. Allow the parts to air dry completely. Post-cure the components in a Form Cure according to the material's specific profile to achieve full biocompatibility and strength.

4. Assembly and Bonding

After removing supports and smoothing the contact surfaces, place the teeth into the denture base sockets. Secure them with a small amount of uncured liquid denture resin. Cure the entire assembly again to create a permanent, high-strength chemical bond.

5. Final Finishing

Finish the denture using conventional laboratory polishing methods. Use pumice and high-shine compounds to achieve a smooth, glossy surface that resists plaque and feels natural to the patient.
