Formlabs Fuse Blast Large Tumbler Basket Liner Kit

Formlabs Fuse Blast Large Tumbler Basket Liner Kit is a service kit for the large drum basket Fuse Blast Large Tumbler Basket. The liners are used inside the basket during the automatic cleaning of SLS parts at the Fuse Blast station and can be replaced separately as they wear out. Formlabs also includes a spare Large Tumbler Basket Liner Kit in the Fuse Blast High Capacity Kit to allow users to quickly replace the liner without downtime.

Purpose of the set

The liners are replaceable components of the Fuse Blast large drum basket. Their use allows for the servicing of the basket without replacing the entire assembly and maintaining its suitability for further post-processing of parts. The large drum basket is part of the Fuse Blast High Capacity Kit system, designed for processing larger batches of parts.

When replacement is needed

Formlabs recommends periodically inspecting the drum basket liner and replacing it in case of wear or damage. There is no fixed replacement interval - the condition of the component is checked during the technical maintenance of Fuse Blast.

The set is designed for the Fuse Blast Large Tumbler Basket. The large basket itself is used with Fuse Blast in workflows with printers Fuse X1, Fuse 1+ 30W, and Fuse 1.
