Formlabs Fuse 1+ Replacement Magneto Board and Galvo — a service kit for maintaining the optical node of the SLS printer Fuse 1+ 30W. It includes a Magneto board and a galvanometer, which work in the system of controlling the movement of the laser beam during printing.

Purpose of the Set

The galvanometer provides deflection and precise direction of the laser beam according to the geometry of the layer, and the Magneto board is associated with the control of this node. The joint work of the components is necessary for the correct operation of the printer's laser scanning system.

When Replacement is Needed

The kit is used during service repair if diagnostics indicate a malfunction of the Magneto board, galvanometer, or the optical node associated with them. There is no specified interval for planned replacement for this kit.
