Formlabs Fuse Blast Small Drum Basket Liner Set is a replacement service kit for the standard drum basket of the Fuse Blast post-processing station. The liners soften the contact of printed parts with the basket during automatic cleaning and help in removing powder residues.

Purpose of the set

The liners are installed on the inner surfaces of the drum basket and protect SLS parts during their rotation in the cleaning process. Over time, the elements can gradually wear out, so the design provides for their separate replacement without the need to change the entire basket.

When replacement is needed

Formlabs recommends inspecting the condition of the liners and replacing them in case of wear or damage. There is no fixed replacement interval - the need is determined by the actual condition of the components.
