Powerful 30 W laser

The enhanced laser power allows for the use of new materials and increases printing speed.

Increased printing speed - save time

Printing speed is primarily influenced by the material, object geometry, and part density within the Build Chamber. For example, with Nylon 12 Powder, the Fuse 1+ 30W can reduce print times by up to 50% compared to the Fuse 1.

Nitrogen supply feature

The Fuse 1+ 30W introduces a nitrogen supply function via a nitrogen generator or gas tanks. Inert gas 3D printing enhances the mechanical properties of Nylon 11-based materials and improves the recyclability of Nylon 11 Powder, achieving a 50% recovery rate.

New exclusive materials

Thanks to its powerful laser and nitrogen supply, the Fuse 1+ 30W can also process carbon fiber-filled Nylon 11 CF Powder, along with all previously available Formlabs SLS powders. This material is perfect for producing lightweight, high-strength finished products that require stiffness and impact resistance.

Low refresh rate

With an industry-leading recovery rate of only 30-50%, the Fuse production line achieves the most efficient powder recovery, allowing up to 70% of SLS powder to be recycled.

Improved hopper design

The new carbon fiber Nylon 11 CF material minimizes shedding and clumping. The redesigned hopper and agitator ensure even filling of even complex materials without forming lumps.
