The Form Wash from Formlabs is a washing machine designed to perfectly accommodate the Form 2 and Form 3 3D printers. Simply place your printed items inside and let the machine do the work. Its automatic flushing system features an impeller that circulates 90% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) around the parts for complete cleaning.

Form Wash automates the cleaning process for printed products, ensuring consistent and thorough rinsing of parts produced on photopolymer 3D printers. You can transfer parts directly from the Formlabs Form 2 printer to the Form Wash without removing them from the build platform. Just set the appropriate wash time and let the Form Wash handle the rest.

While you’re away, the parts are efficiently rinsed with isopropyl alcohol, reaching every nook and cranny for a spotless finish. After washing, Form Wash automatically elevates the IPA-washed parts onto a drying surface, minimizing exposure to alcohol and preventing cracking. This saves you both time and effort. The tank holds 8.6 liters of IPA, sufficient for cleaning large parts or up to 70 prints. Included is a hydrometer for regular IPA testing, indicating when it needs to be replaced. The Formlabs wash kit comes with a hydrometry tool to check IPA saturation, a siphon pump for IPA transfer, and a spare storage area for tools.
