Intamsys Funmat Pro 310 Apollo is an industrial high-temperature FFF 3D printer with an independent dual-nozzle IDEX system, designed for the production of functional components from technical polymers and composites. The working area is 305 × 260 × 260 mm when using a single nozzle and 260 × 260 × 260 mm in dual nozzle mode. The equipment is equipped with extruders with a maximum temperature of up to 450 °C, a heating platform with a temperature of up to 160 °C, and a fully enclosed chamber that heats up to 100 °C. The maximum print speed reaches 500 mm/s, while for PAEK family materials a speed of up to 200 mm/s is provided. The model is aimed at research laboratories, engineering departments, and manufacturing enterprises that require precise manufacturing of functional parts from high-temperature polymers and reinforced composites.

Stable Temperature Control

Funmat Pro 310 Apollo has a high-temperature printing system that provides precise control of heating parameters. Temperature control of extruders, working platform, and chamber helps to create a stable environment for printing and get a more predictable result during parts manufacturing.

Process Monitoring and Production Traceability

INTAM Box — Material Storage, Drying, and Feeding

The delivery set includes INTAM Box — a system for storing, drying, and continuous feeding of filament during printing. The design provides for two separate sealed compartments, automatic detection of installed spools, and organized material feed to the printer.

  • Dual-channel heating system up to 65 °C.

Independent Dual Nozzle IDEX System

The design with two independent extruders expands the capabilities of the printer and supports special modes Duplicate Mode and Mirror Mode.

  • Creation of mirror-symmetric products in Mirror Mode.
  • Productivity increase during serial production of components.
Mirror Mode and Duplicate Mode technologies in INTAMSYS industrial 3D printers allow simultaneous printing of mirror or identical parts to increase production productivity.
