CreatBot PEEK-250 3D Printer for Printing with High-Temperature Engineering Plastics
CreatBot PEEK-250 is a high-temperature 3D printer designed for producing parts from PEEK, PEI and other engineering polymers, with a build volume of 250 × 250 × 300 mm, a chamber temperature of up to 200 °C and a nozzle temperature of up to 480 °C. The platform heats up to 200 °C, while water cooling of the high-temperature unit and the ability to heat-treat parts directly in the chamber expand the possibilities of working with high-temperature materials.

Functional and Structural Features
- High-temperature chamber up to 200 °C. The hot air circulation system helps distribute the temperature evenly across the working area. The chamber heats up to 180 °C in approximately 20 minutes, creating the necessary temperature conditions for printing PEEK, PEI and other high-temperature polymers.
- Heat treatment of parts in the chamber. After printing is completed, the part can be left on the platform and annealed without using a separate oven. The user can set the temperature and duration of the heat treatment stages. For PEEK, the manufacturer, in particular, provides an example of holding for 5 hours at 180 °C followed by a stage at 120 °C.
- High-temperature extruder. The maximum nozzle temperature is 480 °C. The extruder is equipped with a dual-gear feeding mechanism and is designed to work with high-temperature and reinforced filaments, including carbon fiber or fiberglass materials. The high-temperature unit has water cooling, and the wear-resistant nozzle module can be replaced without dismantling the entire extruder.
- Platform with heating up to 200 °C. A PCB aluminium platform with a printed PEEK plate is used. Natural flatness is 0.05 mm, and high-temperature flatness at a chamber temperature of 180 °C is 0.1 mm. The platform does not require manual or automatic leveling.
- Thermal insulation and cooling system. The printer has three-layer thermal insulation, active air cooling of the housing and doors, as well as components designed for operation at high temperatures. After five hours of chamber operation at 180 °C, the temperature of the external surfaces remains below 40 °C.
- Print control and monitoring. CreatBot PEEK-250 is equipped with a 7-inch colour touchscreen display with a multilingual interface. File transfer is possible via USB connection or USB drive. Print recovery after power outages and a filament runout sensor are also provided.
