The Bambu Lab H2C Laser Full Combo 10W is a professional complex that combines 3D printing (FFF) and high-precision laser processing. This engineering tool is equipped with Core-XY kinematics, an innovative automated hotend changing system (Vortek), support for multi-material printing (AMS 2 Pro), and a laser module (10W). This combination creates a hybrid center for a wide range of tasks: from functional prototyping to precise engraving and cutting.

Architecture and Automation of the Set

The basis for high precision is the Core-XY architecture. It provides low inertia, geometric stability, and high speed, which is critically important for large and complex models.

Efficiency is enhanced by the Vortek mechanism, which automatically and safely switches up to six hotends on a magnetic interface. This speeds up material/color changes, reduces waste volume, and minimizes production pauses.

  • With one nozzle: 325 by 320 by 325 mm.
  • With two nozzles: 300 by 320 by 325 mm.
  • Full chamber volume: 350 by 320 by 325 mm.

Thermal Stability and Materials

The printer supports printing with a wide range of engineering polymers due to strict temperature control:

  • Hotend: maximum temperature of 350 degrees Celsius for working with PA, PC, PETG, ABS, ASA, as well as composite materials (carbon and glass fiber).
  • Platform: heating up to 120 degrees Celsius ensures stable adhesion of technical materials and prevents model warping.
  • Chamber: the enclosed working chamber maintains a temperature up to 65 degrees Celsius, which is critical for minimizing deformation and layer separation when working with high-strength plastics.

  • The removable 10W laser module (455 nm wavelength) provides exceptional processing quality.
  • Spot: a minimum laser spot size of 0.03 by 0.14 mm guarantees high detail in engraving.
  • Speed: processing speed up to 400 mm/sec.
  • Materials: effective for cutting wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard, and precise engraving on plastics and composites.
  • Air Assist: the Air Assist system directs a focused stream of air to ensure a clean cut and prevent material scorching.

Advanced Multi-Material System

The AMS 2 Pro material feeding complex is designed to work with multiple spools and maintain a low humidity level for filaments. In combination with the Vortek system, AMS 2 Pro allows the use of many materials and colors in a single print cycle. The significantly reduced volume of purge waste makes the H2C one of the most economical models for multi-material 3D printing.

Quality Control and Work Safety

The printer is equipped with an extensive complex of over 50 built-in sensors that control material feeding, temperature conditions, vibrations, and the movement of all mechanical parts.

  • Calibration: automatic calibration of the build platform guarantees ideal first layer quality.
  • Monitoring: the system includes three cameras (a main AI camera, a nozzle monitoring camera, and an overhead BirdsEye camera) for early detection of deviations and errors.
  • Filtration: the enclosed chamber is equipped with a highly efficient three-stage filtering module (G3, H12, activated carbon absorber) to reduce the concentration of odors and fine particles.

Control and Integration

Control is performed via a 5-inch touch screen. The printer supports Wi-Fi, LAN, and USB connectivity, and is compatible with the proprietary Bambu Studio and other popular slicers. Cloud technology support allows for remote monitoring of the printing process.
