Formlabs Premium Teeth HT A2 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L

Unlock the full potential of digital dentistry with Formlabs Premium Teeth HT A2 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L. This state-of-the-art, nano-ceramic filled material allows dental professionals to manufacture biocompatible appliances with exceptional mechanical properties and lifelike aesthetics. Optimized for the Form 3 ecosystem, it is the ideal solution for printing robust denture teeth, temporary full-arch implant restorations, and durable bridges that look and function like natural dentition.

Nano-Ceramic Performance for Realistic Restorations

Industry-Leading Structural Strength

Deliver appliances that resist fracture and fatigue. Infused with nano-ceramic particles, Premium Teeth Resin offers superior intraoral flexural strength and toughness. This unique formulation ensures that printed parts can withstand high masticatory forces, making it a reliable choice for even the most demanding dental applications.

True-to-Life Aesthetic Quality

Achieve a natural look that patients love. The resin features an A2 shade with carefully balanced translucency and opalescence to mimic real enamel. Whether you are printing a single crown or a complete set of denture teeth, the results are aesthetically pleasing and indistinguishable from traditional materials.

Validated for Long-Term Use

Trust in a material built for the oral environment. Extensive testing confirms that Premium Teeth Resin maintains its physical properties over time, resisting abrasion, wear, and staining. This durability ensures that temporary restorations and prosthetics perform consistently throughout their lifespan.

Efficient Post-Processing

Streamline your laboratory operations. This material is designed for easy finishing, allowing technicians to polish parts to a high gloss using standard dental tools. The simplified workflow reduces manual labor, enabling faster turnaround times without compromising quality.

Wide Range of Clinical Indications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin is engineered for versatility, supporting a variety of fixed and removable indications:

  • Individual denture teeth for removable prosthetics
  • Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) restorations
  • Diagnostic try-in dentures
  • Temporary single units including crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays
  • Temporary bridges spanning up to 7 units

Step-by-Step Guide to 3D Printing Dentures

Follow this validated workflow to create high-precision full dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.

1. CAD Design

Start by importing intraoral scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth setup. You can design them as separate files for bonding later or as a monolithic block if applicable. Export the designs as STL files.

2. Print Setup

Load your files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" to the teeth and a suitable Denture Base Resin to the base. For optimal aesthetics and accuracy, orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10-30 degrees away from the build plate. Use a 50-micron layer setting and send the job to your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

3. Washing and Curing

Wash the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using a Form Wash. Adhere strictly to the recommended wash duration to prevent dimensional changes. Allow parts to dry completely. Then, post-cure the parts in a Form Cure according to the specific resin profile to ensure biocompatibility and maximum strength.

4. Assembly

Remove supports and smooth the mating surfaces. If printed separately, bond the teeth into the denture base sockets using a small amount of uncured liquid resin. Cure the assembly again to lock the components together securely.

5. Final Polishing

Finish the denture using standard laboratory polishing techniques. Use pumice and high-shine compounds to create a smooth, glossy surface that feels natural to the patient.
