Formlabs Form Studio 1 Resin Tank is a durable and flexible reservoir, designed to ensure high-speed 3D printing and detailed reproduction of the smallest elements of models. It guarantees stable geometry of products and stable operation of the equipment.

Features and Ergonomics

• Protective cover. Each reservoir comes with a reusable cover that allows safe storage of the photopolymer directly in the tank outside the printer.
• Convenient stacking. The design of the cover allows for compact stacking of the reservoirs one on top of the other to save space.
• Work optimization. Using a separate tank for each type or color of material simplifies the resin replacement process to one simple step.

Compatibility and Limitations

• Compatible photopolymers. The tank is chemically optimized for use with Alpha Resins, Flexible 80A Resin V2, and True Cast Resin.
• Usage limitations. The reservoir is not intended for use with Tough 1500 Resin, as well as materials that require Open Material Mode (for them use Form Studio 1 Resin Tank Pro).

Resource and Durability

• Guaranteed resource. The design is calculated for stable operation for at least 75,000 layers of printing.
• Printing volume. The resource corresponds to approximately 190 printing cycles of medium-height models (39 mm) with a layer thickness of 100 microns with any compatible resin.
