Water-soluble PVA for 3D printing Raise3D Premium PVA+ designed for FFF 3D printing with dual extruders.

This is a support material based on polyvinyl alcohol, optimized for 3D printing complex structures. Premium PVA+ offers enhanced thermal stability and excellent adhesion when used with PLA, PETG, PA (nylon), and other materials, making it perfect for creating dissolvable support structures. PVA+ dissolves efficiently in cold water, leaving smooth surfaces on printed parts. It is non-toxic and biodegradable after water dissolution.

Recommended Operating Conditions for Premium PVA+

• Ensure the material is properly dried before use to avoid print issues.
• Recommended bed temperature: 60 °C.
• Avoid printing temperatures exceeding 225 °C for more than 5 minutes.
• Compatible with most standard adhesive build surfaces.
• The dissolution rate in water depends on object size, water amount, and temperature.
• Using warmer water (up to 70 °C) accelerates dissolution. However, for materials like PLA, ensure water temperature remains below 60 °C to avoid deformation.
