Air Heater 230 V for Fuse 1 is a Formlabs heating element for the Fuse 1 printer. It is responsible for heating the working chamber and maintaining a stable powder temperature throughout the entire 3D printing cycle. The part is installed instead of the standard unit without additional modifications to the housing. The connection is made to the C003 AIR harness using terminal connectors. The ribbed metal radiator effectively transfers heat to the air flow and ensures even heating of the chamber. The product is designed for a voltage of 230 V and is intended for scheduled maintenance of the Fuse 1 SLS printer.

Features and technical properties

• Working voltage 230 V. Complies with the European power grid standard and is installed without additional converters.
• Original Formlabs article. The RP-FS1-230-AHTR-01 code ensures an exact match to the printer's mounting holes and connectors.
• Ribbed heat exchanger. The shape of the ribs increases the contact area with the air flow and ensures even heating of the sintering chamber.
• Sealed gasket. Prevents leakage of warm air and maintains stable pressure in the ventilation circuit.
• Detachable terminal connections. Simplify installation and further maintenance without the need for soldering wires.

Replacing the unit requires access to the inside of the rear panel, where the heater and its wiring are mounted.
