The K1 features an impressive 3D printing speed of 600 mm/s, which is 12 times faster than most traditional FDM printers. This high speed reduces print times and boosts efficiency. Full Power at 32 mm³/s Flow

To support such high movement speeds of the hotend, a robust extruder performance is essential. The new ceramic heater surrounding the hotend reaches temperatures of 200 °C in just 40 seconds, instantly melting the filament. The K1 is equipped with a direct filament feed extruder featuring double gearing, delivering a powerful extrusion force of 50 N. The hotend includes a titanium alloy thermal break and a copper alloy nozzle, performing excellently at temperatures up to 300 °C.

Dual Cooling System

A large fan on the print head, along with ducts, cools the model directly. An additional 18W fan in the working chamber enhances the cooling effect.

This ensures that the model hardens before any stretching or deformation can occur, allowing for the creation of bridges and overhangs without the need for supports.
