Capabilities of the set components
Large-format 3D printing for engineering tasks
KLEMA 700 has a building area of 530×700×500 mm, so it allows printing large educational models, cases, mock-ups, and functional parts without dividing the design into numerous elements. The printer is equipped with two hardened steel hotends that support temperatures up to 300 °C. The maximum temperature of the working table is 110 °C, and the chamber with active heating is 60 °C. Automatic table calibration, filament sensor, print recovery after power failure, and liquid cooling system simplify the operation of the equipment in the STEM laboratory.
Glue for reliable model fixation
Magigoo Original 50 ml is applied to the working surface before printing and ensures reliable adhesion of the first layer to the working surface. The product is compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, HIPS, and TPU, is easy to clean, and facilitates the removal of the finished part after cooling the working plate. One bottle is enough for more than 100 print cycles. Using adhesive reduces the risk of detachment or deformation of the product, which is especially important during prolonged printing within educational projects.
PETG for practical and durable products
Four spools of PETG Farm 3D provide 4 kg of material for regular classes and implementation of group STEM projects. The filament has a diameter of 1.75 mm, a printing temperature of 230–250 °C, and a working table temperature of 70–85 °C. The material is characterized by minimal shrinkage, strong interlayer adhesion, and resistance to mechanical loads, so it is suitable for printing cases, mounts, fixators, engineering prototypes, and assembly elements.
Ideas for lessons and STEM projects
Based on the set, students can create large-scale architectural models, cases for electronics, elements of robotic systems, details of educational stands, and prototypes of their own developments. During the lessons, you can compare different fill parameters, study the influence of temperature and layer thickness on the quality of the product, calculate material costs, and test the strength of printed structures. Such work promotes the development of digital skills and acquaints students with engineering professions.
Professional start for a school 3D laboratory
The KLEMA 700 Premium Set is suitable for schools, lyceums, vocational and extracurricular education institutions that need productive equipment for educational institutions with a supply of material to start work. The set allows you to quickly organize the practical part of the lessons and expand the possibilities of a modern STEM cabinet thanks to large-format 3D printing.
