Formlabs Premium Teeth HT A3 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L
Enhance your dental laboratory's capabilities with Formlabs Premium Teeth HT A3 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L. This sophisticated, nano-ceramic reinforced biocompatible material is designed to provide the optimal combination of mechanical durability and natural beauty. Developed specifically for the Form 3 series printers, it empowers dental professionals to produce high-strength denture teeth, temporary implant-supported prosthetics, and bridges in the standard A3 shade, delivering results that are indistinguishable from traditional high-quality restorative materials.
Superior Nano-Ceramic Technology for Reliable Restorations
Unrivaled Intraoral Durability
Create dental appliances engineered for endurance. By incorporating nano-ceramic fillers, Premium Teeth Resin achieves industry-leading intraoral flexural strength and fracture toughness. This robust formulation ensures that printed parts can withstand significant chewing forces and daily wear, making it a dependable choice for complex and demanding dental cases.
Lifelike A3 Appearance
Produce restorations that naturally integrate with the patient's smile. The A3 shade is meticulously calibrated with optimized opalescence and translucency to mimic the light-handling properties of natural enamel. From single crowns to full-arch restorations, the aesthetic quality ensures a realistic look that meets high patient standards.
Clinically Validated Longevity
Rely on a material that is proven to perform in the oral environment. Rigorous testing confirms that Premium Teeth Resin resists wear, abrasion, and discoloration over time. This validated longevity guarantees that temporary restorations and denture teeth retain their structural integrity and visual appeal throughout their usage life.
Easy Finishing and Polishing
Optimize your lab's workflow with a material that is easy to process. This resin is compatible with standard dental finishing tools and polishes effortlessly to a high shine. The simplified post-processing requirements allow for faster production cycles without sacrificing the quality of the final appliance.
Comprehensive Clinical Applications
Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin is the ideal material for a broad spectrum of restorative solutions, including:
- Individual denture teeth for removable appliances
- Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) prosthetics
- Diagnostic try-in dentures for fit assessment
- Temporary single-unit restorations (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays)
- Temporary bridges (up to 7 units)
Validated Workflow for Digital Dentures
Follow this step-by-step guide to create high-quality, biocompatible dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.
1. Digital Design
Import patient scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and teeth arches (either as separate components or monolithic). Ensure all design parameters align with the material's guidelines. Export the designs as STL files.
2. Printing Process
Load the STL files into PreForm software. Select "Premium Teeth Resin" for the teeth and the appropriate Denture Base Resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10–30 degrees away from the build plate to ensure detail accuracy. Print using a 50-micron layer height on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.
3. Post-Processing
Wash the printed parts in a Form Wash with isopropyl alcohol (≥99%). Strictly adhere to the recommended wash duration to maintain dimensional stability. Allow the parts to air dry fully. Post-cure the components in a Form Cure according to the specific material profile to achieve full strength and biocompatibility.
4. Bonding and Assembly
After removing supports and smoothing the mating surfaces, place the teeth into the denture base sockets. Secure them using a small amount of uncured denture resin. Cure the assembled unit again to establish a permanent, high-strength chemical bond.
5. Final Polishing
Finish the denture using conventional laboratory polishing techniques. Utilize pumice and high-shine polishing compounds to achieve a smooth, glossy surface that feels natural and comfortable for the patient.
