Formlabs Fuse 1 Powder Cartridge

The Fuse 1 Powder Cartridge is part of the Formlabs High Efficiency Package. However, additional Cartridges may be required to maintain continuous SLS 3D printing.

Cartridges are essential for storing and mixing both renewed and fresh SLS Powder, as well as loading it into the Fuse 1 3D printer.

SLS Powder Recovery for Fuse 1

To combine recovered and new material, adjust the desired refresh percentage on the Fuse Sift display. The Powder Recovery Station automatically calculates the necessary Powder amount. The Cartridge is placed on the rotary platform, initiating the automatic mixing process of the raw material components by Fuse Sift.

Utilize the Cartridge to transfer the Powder dispensed from the Fuse Sift into the Fuse 1 Hopper.

Minimize equipment downtime by transferring modular Cartridges and Build Chambers between the Fuse 1 and Fuse Sift.
