Formlabs now offers a complete automated workflow for large-format 3D printing. The Form Wash L and Form Cure L post-processing systems ensure efficient and precise post-processing. Both machines are compatible with 3D printing platforms from Formlabs Form 2, Form 3, and Form 3B printers.

The Form Wash L follows a preset algorithm for each photopolymer, automatically mixing isopropyl alcohol and removing excess resin. Once the cleaning cycle ends, the machine lifts the print out of the alcohol for air drying, preventing overexposure or deformation.

A built-in solvent quality control system ensures optimal cleaning efficiency and alerts users when replacement is needed.

Form Wash L allows standard wash settings and customizable profiles for frequently used configurations. Choose the desired settings and let the machine handle the rest.

Form Wash L Compatibility

Form Wash L is compatible with all Formlabs SLA printers. It can accommodate one Form 3L build platform or two Form 3/3B (Form 2) platforms using the included platform adapter.

Form Wash L and Form Cure L are approved for FDA workflows and compatible with Formlabs biocompatible and sterilizable materials, adhering to ISO 13485 standards.
