Direct Extruder Cooling System
Omni3D Cooling System™ is a direct extruder cooling solution developed by Omni3D, which enables the extruder to function within a heated chamber while providing better control over dimensional accuracy during printing.
This cooling system lowers the temperature inside the filament path by 40-60°C, preventing the filament from reaching its deformation point. This improves the filament’s stiffness, enhancing print control, increasing speed, and improving overall process stability.
The specially designed extruder shortens the path between the filament feed wheel and the nozzle, ensuring more precise filament feeding to the softening zone.

Filament Flow Control System
The Omni3D Filament Flow Control™ system ensures dimensional accuracy and repeatability by monitoring the filament flow. This system uses encoders to calculate the amount of material being fed and compares it with the amount specified in the .gcode file. If there’s a discrepancy, the printer will alert the user.
This prevents print defects and helps avoid over-extrusion, optimizing the production process and saving time, money, and resources. These features are especially important for companies focused on high-quality and reliable products.

Print Temperature Control Across the Entire Print Surface
The Omni3D Air Circulation System™ ensures even temperature distribution in the actively heated chamber, preventing deformation and internal stresses, particularly when printing with complex materials such as ABS.
Maintaining a stable temperature up to 70°C ensures dimensional accuracy even for large and complex prints. This technology helps predict material shrinkage, minimizing geometric distortion, which is vital for long prints with high infill densities.
This solution opens up new possibilities for working with engineering materials where high quality and repeatability of models is essential.
