3D Printer BCN3D Epsilon W27 is a professional FFF 3D printer, equipped with IDEX independent dual extrusion technology and a fully enclosed passivelyheated chamber. The equipment is designed for the production of solid parts, prototypes, and productionequipment from industrial materials. The working volume is 420 × 300 × 220 mm (27 liters), which allows the production oflarge parts or the placement of several components on one platform.

Main Features

• IDEX system. Two independent extruders provide operation in several modes: single print, multimaterial print, print with soluble supports, duplication - simultaneous printing of two identical models and mirror printing - symmetrical production of mirror parts.
• Passively heated chamber. The fully enclosed case with a passively heated chamber maintainsan internal temperature of up to 60 °C (depending on the operating temperature), and a heated platform up to 120 °Chelps to avoid problems with deformation (warping) during printing with engineering materials.
• Bondtech™ Extruders. The feed mechanics are built on Bondtech™ extruders with high-techdual drive gears and optimized hotends, providing controlled and reliableextrusion.
• Automatic calibration. The built-in piezoelectric sensor provides accurate Z-homing, auxiliaryplatform leveling, mesh mapping (Mesh Mapping) and automatic calibration of XYZ offsetof extruders in less than 6 minutes.

Material Compatibility

• Standard materials: PLA, PET-G, TPU 98A, BVOH.
• Technical materials: ABS, PP, PA.
• Composites: PP GF30, PAHT CF15, PET CF15 - only with Hotend X.
• Metal-filled filaments: Ultrafuse 316L and Ultrafuse 17-4 PH - using the optionalMetal Pack kit; parts require further external debinding and sintering.

Construction and Safety

• Air filtration. The built-in H13 HEPA filter and active carbon filter are designed forfiltering potentially harmful particles and vapors during printing.
• Software. Model preparation is done in the BCN3D Stratos slicer. Supportsonline printing via the BCN3D Cloud service using Wi-Fi or Ethernet.
• Interface and sensors. Control is carried out through a 5-inch full-color capacitive touchscreen. The filament end sensor automatically pauses printing when the materialruns out.
