Expanding Certified Material Library

Raise3D’s Open Filament Program (OFP) collaborates with filament manufacturers to select the best materials for its printers. OFP has reached phase 2.0, featuring certified filaments with specific mechanical properties and enhanced performance.

Filament Storage

The RMF500 includes four large multi-use filament cartridges, each holding up to 2.5 kg. The printer can automatically switch materials during printing and maintains humidity below 5% RH for consistent quality, minimizing print interruptions.

High-Hardness Nozzle

The RMF500 is equipped with silicon carbide nozzles with over 60 HRC hardness, preventing abrasion while printing carbon and fiberglass materials.

Special Support Materials
