Mingda MD-400D is an industrial FDM 3D printer with an independentdual-nozzle IDEX system and a large working area of 400 × 400 × 400 mm. The model is aimed at professionalprototyping, manufacturing functional components, and small-scale production, where highspeed, repeatability of results, and the ability to work with different types of filaments are important. The print speed is up to 300mm/s, the nozzle heats up to 350 °C and the platform up to 110 °C, allowing the use of both common plastics andtechnical materials with increased print temperature requirements.

Features and capabilities of Mingda MD-400D

• IDEX for parallel printing. Two independent IDEX extruders work autonomously, allowing simultaneousproduction of two identical parts in Copy Mode or using both extruders for different tasks duringsmall-scale production.
• Mirror Mode for symmetrical parts. The function allows you to print the original model and its mirrorcopy simultaneously, which reduces preparation time and optimizes the production of paired components.
• Rigid mechanics. Industrial linear guides with high-precision CNC machining ensure smooth movement,accurate positioning, and vibration damping during high-speed printing.
• Automatic calibration of two extruders. The printer automatically detects and compensates for nozzle offsets:along the XY axis using a built-in camera, and along the Z axis — using a high-precision sensor.
• Input Shaper and Flow Control. Software algorithms compensate for mechanical vibrations to reduceartifacts on the surface and accurately control material feed for uniform extrusion.
• Optimized cooling. The air cooling system with a directed air flow accelerateslayer hardening and maintains the quality of parts with complex geometry.
