The CreatBot F 1000 3D Printer is equipped with an intelligent dual extruder kit that reaches high temperatures of up to 420 °C. This capability enables the printer to produce large-scale PLA prototypes quickly and also to create high-quality components using a wide range of plastics currently available for 3D printing, including PLA, ABS, PLA +, ABS +, ASA, HPLA, Elastan, Plastan, Primalloy, Flex, TPU, TPE, PMMA, PET, POM, PEEK, PA (Nylon), PA6, Conductive ABS, Flame Retardant, Marble White PLA, Ceramic, Aluminum, Copper, Bronze, Brass, Gold PLA filaments, Wood, Carbon Fiber, PC, PETG, HIPS, PP, PVA, and more. High Precision Rail Guide in the CreatBot F 1000
The high-precision rail guide enables the printing of models with exceptional accuracy, achieving 4 to 5 times greater precision compared to other optical axis 3D printers on the market. This design facilitates accurate filament feeding, allowing for rapid and precise printing of large models.
Fully Enclosed Chamber for Heating and Drying Filaments
The completely enclosed chamber prevents external interference (such as temperature fluctuations) and minimizes noise while maintaining a stable temperature, preventing model deformation. The chamber can heat up to 60 degrees, ensuring high-quality printing with challenging materials like ABS, PC, PC-Carbon, and PEEK. Additionally, the drying chamber maintains temperatures between 45 and 65 °C for drying nylon, PC, ABS, PLA, and other moisture-sensitive materials.
Filament Detection and Print Resume Feature
The CreatBot F 1000 3D Printer automatically saves the current position and print data, allowing it to resume printing from the last point after a power interruption.
Equipped with a filament sensor, the printer will halt if the filament runs out, notifying the user. Printing can then continue from the last stopped point.
Video Monitoring Technology
This technology allows users to remotely monitor the 3D printing process, adjusting speed, pausing, and controlling temperature via an app, facilitating optimal print quality in the shortest time without interruptions. This feature is particularly beneficial for large models and lengthy print jobs.
Automatic Platform Calibration
The printer uses 25 points with a BL-Touch sensor to ensure initial platform flatness, along with smart Z-compensation during printing for fully automated platform alignment.
